To further expand judicial outreach and facilitate easier access to justice for litigants residing in distant areas, a Circuit Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge under the District Court, Serchhip, was formally inaugurated on 19th September, 2025 by Hon'ble Chief Minister Pu Lalduhoma. The Circuit Court functions under the administrative control of the District & Sessions Judge, Aizawl Judicial District, and aims to bring judicial services closer to the people of the district.
